Opening of the 9th Winter Festival

The performance will be conducted by Charles Dutoit, with tenor Cyrille Dubois and mezzo-soprano Julie Boulianne as soloists. Edwin Crossley-Mercer will take on the role of bass. The stellar vocal ensemble will be complemented by the renowned Lithuanian Kaunas State Choir, which has been enjoying success since its establishment in 1969. The Slovenian Philharmonic Orchestra will add to the overall sound of the event.
