HERituals on International women’s day edition

Participants will start the day with a yoga practice focused on gentle stretching, body strength, and a calm morning rhythm. A short guided reflection on international women’s day and the theme of womanhood will follow.

The event concludes with a small brunch and a refreshing drink, creating a pleasant and friendly gathering in a small group setting.

Open to women of all ages, with or without prior yoga experience.
