Medvode: Krampus Night

Black infernal creatures who, in accordance with tradition, accompany St. Nicholas and scare naughty children have had their international festival beside the picturesque Goričane Castle for almost a decade. Groups of Krampus, representing all the ethnological diversity, hail from Slovenia, Italy, Austria and Switzerland. Their masks are a real eye-catcher.

St. Nicholas, who endows good children while the Krampus perform their educational mission, will not attend this festival. It's all about the Krampus, it's their night and you really shouldn't miss it.

Following the Krampus parade, a party with local musicians will take place in a heated tent.
