At the Ljubljana Wine Route event, which celebrates the folk tradition of Martinovanje – the moment when must turns into wine – young wines and traditional Slovenian dishes are showcased at stalls set up in front of restaurants in the old town centre.

The 22nd edition of the Ljubljana Wine Route – St. Martin’s Day Celebration in Ljubljana – is coming.

At the time when must turns into wine, Ljubljana will transform into a wine city, paying tribute to exquisite wine and top culinary offerings. Visitors will be able to join in the lively folkloric and cultural pulse of the capital.

The Ljubljana Wine Route is free for visitors. Tasting samples – more than 450 from all Slovenian wine-growing regions, along with culinary delights – are available for purchase with coupons, which you receive with a wine glass at the event's ticket booths.
