    Komenda and Krvavec

Pogi Challenge is a three-day cycling festival inspired by Tadej Pogačar that brings together elite racing, recreational cycling and family-friendly activities.

From 31 July to 2 August, Komenda and Krvavec will host a varied programme for professional cyclists, amateur riders, families and cycling fans.

The festival opens with the Tadej Pogačar Criterium, where top Slovenian and international cyclists race through the streets of Komenda. The second day is dedicated to families, featuring the Junior Pogi Challenge Generali, children's races, sports activities and entertainment. The event concludes with From Climb to Climb, a recreational hill climb from Komenda to Krvavec, where participants take on one of Slovenia's most iconic cycling ascents and have the chance to ride against Tadej Pogačar himself.

The festival also has a charitable mission. Part of the registration fees supports the Tadej Pogačar Foundation and helps nurture young cycling talent through the Pogi Team development programme.
