The mystery and magic of Bogenšperk Castle in the heart of nature provide the perfect opportunity for a deep relaxation experience through the sounds and vibrations of ancient therapeutic instruments.

Sound meditation, as guided by Sandra Amon, is an invitation for the body, mind (and soul) to relax with the gentle vibrations of the therapeutic gong, Koshi chimes, Tibetan bowls, and other therapeutic instruments.

The Sound Meditation at Bogenšperk Castle is designed as a 90-minute session focused on deep relaxation and a break from everyday burdens. During the session, participants lie down on mats (or sit, if they prefer), allowing the body and mind to slow down and enter a parasympathetic state, which supports restoration and calm. Sound meditation serves as a great counterbalance to our daily routines, making it ideal for those who need deep relaxation and relief.

A special feature of her sessions is that each participant has the opportunity to feel the vibrations of Tibetan bowls and musical tuning forks directly on their own body – a truly unique and immersive experience.

Instrucions for participants:

  • Bring a yoga mat, pillow, light blanket, and bottled water.
  • Comfortable clothing is recommended.
