November Gourmet Ljubljana
The “New Taste of Ljubljana” competition aims to attract the broadest general audience to the November Gourmet Festival Ljubljana event, and reach out to those attracted by the world of cuisine. The three dishes that get the most votes in the competition will be prepared by the competitors themselves at the closing event, a jury will select the best one, and this will become a new dish in the Taste Ljubljana range for one year, until next year’s festival.

November Gourmet Ljubljana: A Month of Culinary Delights
Alongside a variety of culinary experiences, tastings, cooking classes, and workshops, the festival will feature the first Ljubljana Beer Trail, NovemBeer Gourmet Ljubljana, the street event “The Spoonful Trail”, “Spooning with chefs", conversational evenings with culinary writer and host Boštjan Napotnik alongside the most renowned Ljubljana chefs. The festival will also include a charity cooking show “Chef Up”, where students from BIC Ljubljana will present their own interpretations of "Taste Ljubljana" dishes, aiming to impress chefs Luka Jezeršek, Mojmir Šiftar, and Igor Jagodic, as well as the audience judges.
