As a result, the finest culinary creations of Slovenia are concentrated in Ljubljana in the month of November, at a range of events, tastings, guided tours and cooking workshops. Ljubljana’s culinary offer is gaining international recognition, as demonstrated by the arrival of two renowned gastronomic guides; last November at the November Gourmet Finale event the Gault & Millau Ljubljana / Ljubljana Quality special issue was launched, and in June 2020, the iconic Michelin guide revealed the first-ever Michelin Stars in Slovenia - Ljubljana received its first Star and also quite a number of restaurants from Ljubljana and the Ljubljana Region received special ratings.
