    Connecting local food producers with providers Ljubljana Tourism applied the Green Supply Chains project in the "Earth" category, in which the jury was looking for innovative solutions that contribute to nature conservation and sustainable measures. The Green Supply Chains connect local food producers with restaurants and hotels and bring quality, local, tasty and environmentally friendly ingredients to the plates of Ljubljana eaters.
