HOW TO GET YOUR CARD

• Buy Online (recommended): Purchase via the official website and receive a QR code instantly. For maximum convenience, you can add it directly to your Google Wallet.
• Urbana App: Download the "Urbana" app (available for both iOS and Android users) to manage your pass digitally.
• In-Person (Physical Card): Prefer a souvenir? Pick up a physical card at:
  • Main Hubs: TIC Ljubljana (Tourist Info Center), Ljubljana Airport (LJU)
  • Culture Sites: Ljubljana Castle (Lower Funicular station), Plečnik House, City Museum, National Museum
  • Hotels: DoubleTree by Hilton, Hotel One66, Bit Center Hotel, Ljubljana Resort, Hostel Celica

Pro tip: Children under 6 usually enjoy free entry and public transport in Ljubljana!

Buy now, activate later: There is no need to pre-validate. Your card only activates automatically the moment you first use it—whether you're scanning it at a museum or tapping in on a city bus.

• Public Transport (LPP buses): Enjoy unlimited rides for the duration of your pass!
  • Physical Card: Tap it on the circular reader by the driver.
  • Digital QR: Hold your phone screen near the bottom of the reader.
• Reservations: No stress—no pre-booking is required for almost all attractions.
  Exception: If you plan to visit the famous Plečnik House, we recommend calling ahead to book your tour slot.

IMPORTANT DETAILS

• One-Time Entry: You can visit each included attraction once.
• Unlimited City Bus Transit: Keep moving! Bus travel is restricted only by your card's time limit.
• Expiry: Once your 24, 48, or 72 hours are up, the card will automatically deactivate.
