Following a tasting session of typical Slovenian starters, you will prepare, under the tuition of an experienced chef, a three-course meal consisting of a hot starter, the main course, and a dessert. Meanwhile, you will get acquainted with the history of culinary art and winemaking in Slovenia and learn about cooking ingredients and dishes typical of different Slovenian regions.
Once the cooking is done, you will be able to enjoy your meal and taste various Slovenian wines and freshly prepared homemade juice. The workshop will be rounded off with a tasting session of Slovenian schnappses and homemade liqueurs.
