Are you ready for a journey through the land of sun and Bora wind? The Vipava Valley, often referred to as the Slovenian Tuscany, conceals a thousand-year-old winemaking tradition. We invite you to an exclusive trip where you will discover the soul of the Vipava vineyards and the secrets flowing into every glass.

Welcome to the Vipava Valley – a land of sun, mild climate, and hospitable people. This is a place where the Mediterranean air meets the continent, and where the relentless Bora wind, which often gusts through the valley, imbues the vines with a special, tenacious character. The hills, dotted with vineyards and old stone villages, conceal one of Slovenia's greatest treasures: an exceptional wine tradition.

We have opened the doors of two of the region's most esteemed cellars for you. This is not just a tour, but a journey behind the scenes of winemaking. In the company of the winemakers, you will step where the magic happens. You will learn about modern and traditional production methods. Discover why the Vipava soil (marl) gives the wine such a rich, mineral flavour.

The peak of the experience is a guided tasting that will awaken all your senses. Across the visits to both cellars, you will collectively taste a total of 7 selected wines. We will start with the freshness of indigenous varieties, such as the legendary Zelen and Pinela – wines you won't find anywhere else in the world. We will continue with rich, full-bodied red wines that reflect the strength of the Vipava sun.

Experience the Vipava Valley through a glass of wine.
