Ljubljana - from high peaks to high art in just 20 minutes
Krvavec is the local mountain of the "Ljubljančani" – in fact, flying into Ljubljana, you can almost shake hands with it on the way down. Part of the Kamnik Alps, this spectacular mountain group stretches up from 1,600 to 2,000 metres. Just 20 minutes from the city centre, It’s a fabulous year-round outdoor playground.

Ever since I had found out about the wind tunnel opening in Logatec, a town 30 kilometers west of Ljubljana, I wanted to see what it is all about. I already jumped out of an airplane with a parachute and loved it, so I wanted to check this out as well and see how different from skydiving this experience is.

The most interesting churches in Ljubljana
If you visit Ljubljana's city centre there are two churches you won’t be able to miss – Saint Nicholas’s Cathedral and the uniquely coloured pink Church of the Annunciation located on the Prešernov trg square.
